  → Holds 10% of total voting rights
  
  

3. Advisory Council – 90 Eminences

Organized into three equal branches representing monotheistic traditions:

• 30 Catholic Members (30%)
  
  

• 30 Muslim Members (30%)
  
  

• 30 Hebrew/Abrahamic Members (30%)
  
  

Each group defines its own nomination procedures under the supervision of its legitimate representatives.

The Council promotes the realization of:

• Unanimity (100%)
  → Required for revocation of the Premiership
  
  

7. International Positioning

The Principality of PALEST.ING shall remain:
